For information regarding Correspondent Bank Details, IBAN and BIC please refer to the links on the left. You can also use our payment instruction forms which can be downloaded through the link at the bottom of the page.

Your payment instruction must contain the name and account number of the beneficiary of the payment, the full name and branch of the beneficiary bank and its Sort Code for domestic (sterling) payments by BACS or CHAPS, or its Bank SWIFT Code/ BIC for international payments. If you are making a payment in euros to EU member states, the account number quoted must be the beneficiary's IBAN and the bank code must be the BIC of the beneficiary's bank. International payments to Canada also require the full beneficiary address details to be quoted. For information regarding the requirement to use IBAN and BIC codes when sending euro payments please refer to the link on the left.

Note: If you do not provide us with all of the necessary details, we might not be able to process your payment in a timely manner.
