Lost Your Card - What to do?

If your cards are lost or stolen or if you suspect or discover that someone else knows your PIN or card password please contact us immediately. Similarly, if you suspect your PIN or card password has been copied or compromised in any way (e.g. cloned) please call the Bank immediately on our dedicated International Debit Card Lost/Stolen Helpline.

Helpline staff will be ready to help and advise you and will take the necessary steps to cancel your card and forward a replacement.

A replacement card will be sent to you as soon as possible. Please help to protect yourself against fraud by being continuously vigilant.

REMEMBER DO NOT write down any security details such as your PIN number/card password or record them in a way that may compromise your card security.
