Please find below the rates of the Fixed Rate Deposit Contract (FRDC) in sterling, US dollar and euro denominations as at 22 March 2012.

3 Month FRDC - Issue 5 Rates for a 3 month term


Sterling US dollar Euro	2.75% Gross / 2.78% AER* 2.00% Gross / 2.05% AER* 2.50% Gross / 2.56% AER*

6 Month FRDC - Issue 11 Rates for a 6 month term


Sterling US dollar Euro	3.00% Gross / 3.02% AER* 2.25% Gross / 2.29% AER* 2.75% Gross / 2.81% AER*

12 Month FRDC - Issue 13 Rates for a 12 month term


Sterling US dollar Euro	3.50% Gross / 3.50% AER* 2.50% Gross / 2.53% AER* 3.25% Gross / 3.30% AER*

AER* = Annual Equivalent Rate and illustrates what the rate of interest would be if it was paid and compounded once each year.

** Gross contractual rates in currencies other than sterling are on a 360 day basis.
